GVTC Summer & Winter Singles Leagues

Depending upon the time of year, there are anywhere from 3-5 leagues comprised of men and women who play at a similar level. The GVTC Singles Leagues provide you with an opportunity to get to know all the players while enjoying a great variety of matches, and you play on the days and times that work for you and your opponent.  Currently available leagues include:

• Leopards 5.0
• Jaguars 4.5, Harriers 4.5, and Panthers 4.5 (players capable of most elements of match play with good command of essential strokes and some weaker strokes).
• Wild Cats 3.5 (players can play a match, keep the ball in play, and have some offensive shots).

Summer playing time is unlimited, but subject to time clock rules. The cost is free to GVTC members (see application form on this site), while non-members pay $25 per match.  The Winter per match fees are $20 for shareholders, $25 for GV Winter members, and $30 for non-members. 

Players are ranked within their league based on points. The two top players will advance to the next higher league, and two lowest will move down one league.
